About Us

Lady Cougars (Sprague) was started in 2011 by Coach Wayne McCoy. Due to several projects by Coach McCoy, in 2012 Larry Sprague and Lance Temples took the coaching roles.

The "core" group changed around in the beginning, but smoothed into a group of good players and wonderful parents.

Our Program
